Actress and singer Maris Racal publicly apologized to Vice Ganda for her absence during the promotion of their movie, ‘And the Breadwinner Is….’
The emotional moment unfolded during her guest appearance on ‘It’s Showtime’ in the popular segment Hide and Sing.
During the segment, Maris and Vice Ganda entertained the audience by reenacting one of their iconic scenes from the film. The playful atmosphere shifted when Maris unexpectedly apologized to Vice for not being able to promote their project.
“Ate, sorry hindi ako nakapag-promote,” Maris said, surprising both Vice and the audience.
Vice quickly reassured Maris with a heartwarming response.
“Okay lang, Buneng. Mas mahalaga ka kaysa do’n sa pelikula,” he said, referring to Maris’ character in the movie.

“Meme, I love you so much talaga. Totoo ito,” she added.
Vice, in his signature comedic style, lightened the moment by jokingly responding: “Pero gusto ko ring humingi sa ‘yo ng paumanhin… Wala kang bonus,” he said, causing the audience to burst into laughter.
