Naglabas na ng pahayag ang fitness expert-TV host na si Marc Nelson, 52, kaugnay sa patutsada sa kanya ng actress-beauty queen na si Maggie Wilson, 35.
Noong January 18, 2025, ibinahagi ni Maggie ang desisyon ng korte na ibasura ang petisyong temporary and permanent protection order (TPO/PPO) ng kanyang estranged husband na si Victor Consunji, 46, sa kanilang anak na si Connor, 12.
Naghain ng petisyon si Victor sa korte para pigilan si Maggie sa pakikipag-usap at pakikipagkita kay Connor simula nang magkahiwalay sila.
Noong September 2021, ipinaalam nina Maggie at Victor sa pamamagitan ng joint statement na nagdesisyong silang tapusin na ang labing-isang taong relasyon nila bilang mag-asawa.
Sa kanyang inihain petisyon, iginiit ni Victor na threat umano si Maggie sa mental at physical well-being ng kanilang anak dahil sa madalas na pagpu-post nito online.
Nang ibasura ng korte ang petisyon ni Victor ay ganoon na lamang ang saya na naramdaman ni Maggie.

Kasabay ng pagbubunyi ni Maggie ay ang kanyang rebelasyong ikinagulat ng publiko.
Ayon kay Maggie, kabilang sa tumestigo laban sa kanya sa petisyon na isinampa ni Victor ay si Marc Nelson.
Sina Maggie at Marc ay dating co-hosts sa defunct travel show ba Beached.
Bahagi ng pahayag ni Maggie sa kanyang Instagram Stories: “Despite several testimonies including the likes of Marc Nelson, who testified on his knowledge on behalf of the petitioner Victor Consunji of how my son suffered emotional stress, anxiety, and annoyance due to me, were all denied by the family court of the Republic of the Philippines.
“Unfortunately, this exercise also subjected my son to being put on the stand at just 12 years old.
“An excerpt from the court states ‘The (social media) postings merely expressed the love and longings of a mother to her son who was separated from her. The respondent really missed her son, nothing more and nothing less.’
“‘There was no credible evidence to support a finding that Respondent (Me) committed psychological violence against her son.’
“Therefore, ‘There is no reason to prohibit the Respondent from communicating with her son (C). As a mother, the respondent has the right and duty to communicate with her son.’
“On behalf of all mothers going through something similar, I’d like to thank the Presiding Judge and the Family Court for seeing through what is right and just.
“I’d like to apologize for the behavior of my (ex)husband for yet again wasting the court’s valuable time.”
MARC NELSON SPEAKS UP
Dahil sa pagbanggit at pagdawit ng pangalan niya sa post ni Maggie, naglabas ng pahayag si Marc upang ipaliwanag ang kanyang panig.
Nagpadala ang kampo ni Marc ng kopya ng official statement nito sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ngayong Miyerkules, January 22.
Sa kanyang statement, hindi pinabulaanan ni Marc ang rebelasyon ni Maggie na tumestigo siya sa korte laban sa dating co-host.
Paliwanag ni Marc, ginawa niya iyon dahil sa pagmamahal at naaawa umano siya sa inaanak niyang si Connor.
Mababasa sa pahayag ni Marc (published as is): “I understand that there has been some speculations or assumptions made about my involvement with a recent case involving Maggie Wilson and Victor Consunji regarding their son.
“To clear things up, I would like to clarify some points regarding this.
“My only concern regarding this matter is the welfare of their son, who happens to be my godson. He has already experienced many changes in his life and, unfortunately, has to navigate them publicly.
“At his age, he is beginning to build his identity and form new connections in school and within his community, which makes these public stories potentially harmful in the long run.”
Nakausap din daw ni Marc nang personal si Connor.
Nalaman daw niya mismo mula sa inaanak kung gaano umano ito nahihiya at nasasaktan sa mga ipinu-post ni Maggie tungkol kay Victor.
Saad ni Marc: “In a one-on-one conversation, he expressed to me how upset he has been about the social media posts his mother has made concerning him during the dispute between his parents.
“He specifically shared that these posts place him in an uncomfortable position, drawing unwanted attention and questions from both peers and adults—attention he neither likes nor wants.
“That is why, when called to testify, I had told the judge only what my godson had told me, nothing more and nothing less.
“This was for the express reason to have those particular posts about him stop and preserve his well-being.”
Sa huli, nanindigan si Marc na ginawa lamang niya ang inaakalang tama para sa kapakanan ni Connor.
Diin niya, “For the record, whilst I know both parents, I have intentionally never gotten involved in their dispute and have no desire to. My only concern has always been my godson and his wellbeing.
“In line with that, to honor his wishes, I don’t plan to say any more on this matter, and I would respectfully request the media to also do the same and keep his name and any reference to him out of any future articles concerning his parents.”
Habang isinusulat ang artikulong ito ay wala pang sagot si Maggie tungkol sa pahayag ni Marc.
